You mentioned leveling the early heroes first. Well I finally got level 200 on Frostleaf (215 at the moment), so this will help getting further up. Good to know he's a guaranteed hero soul source. After that I ascended and made it to 200 again, and got the hero souls again. Yeah just beat the level 200 boss yesterday for the 1st time. I mostly ascend at lvl 201 cause 200 is a guaranteed primal boss. But I think it's still better just to ascend after you got a good amount of hero souls. Just lvl up Treebeast, Ivan, Brittany, Fisherman and Samurai (others are to expensive afterwards so focus then on Frost Leaf). Cause once a hero reach lvl 1000 they get a x10 DPS boost the investment is cheaper then getting frost leaf to 225+. To be honest I think its better to invest in the first few heroes to lvl 1000 instead of frost leaf. Haven't gotten Siyalatas yet though.ĮDIT: also check this reddit idle guide. Don't underestimate relics, just found one this morning that gives 20% more gold through treasure chests, 20% more gold while idle and a few more seconds on gold clicker. So essentially, get more hero souls, do a few more ascensions and grind those Frostleaf levels. Not that Dread Knight would be super awesome, but that gap really slows down progress. With that I'll easily pass world level 200 and beyond and will be one step closer to closing the Frostleaf-Dread Knight gap. My Frostleaf does like 99% damage, so once I get him to level 200, my DPS will basically quadruple every 25 levels of Frostleaf. The fact is that from level 200 on, a hero does 4x damage every 25 levels.

I suppose 2 or 3 more ascensions and that'll do it (getting around 20-25 hero souls per new ascension at the moment plus the ones from quick ascension I buy with rubies). Next goal is to get enough cash to get Dread Knight. I'm more or less where you are (6 ascensions, highest level 192, 3 ancients between levels 1-4), but I've got 210 hero souls. Is there a certain combo of ancients that I should be looking for in particular? My highest zone is 170, although I do leave my game idle a lot when I go to work. I don't actually seem to be getting through levels at any kind of rate, though. Sitting at 5 ascensions and 19 hero souls (which I think is 190% extra dps as long as I don't use any?) Chronos lvl 2 (+10 secs to boss fight timers)
